VERY IMPORTANT, YOUR PRINTER IS CHIPLESS PLEASE NEVER UPDATE THE FIRMWARE, IF YOU UPDATED THE FIRMWARE YOUR PRINTER WILL LOSE THE VIRTUAL CHIP (CHIPLESS) SOFTWARE AND WE WILL HAVE TO SEND YOU THE RECOVERY VIRTUAL CHIP INFORMATION.

What can i do if the printer doesn’t print anything?

Please check if the cartridges are installed correctly, the cartridges have to make a click sound for each color, press them down firmly (watch the video to set it up).

Open the small covers of the tank and place the tank next to the printer, not upper or lower than the level cartridges.

Make 4 head cleaning and nozzle check (watch the video to head cleaning).

Install the printer drivers in your computer, remember never update the firmware, then print some pictures with photo quality.

if the nozzle check didn't  printed correct, please make 4 more head cleaning.
